Application Problem

I don't know if this deals with my problem but I play a game that uses Java of course but whenever I'm on it, a few minutes later the client will close itself and I have to load it back up and sometimes the problem persists... I'm using the runtime env. 5 update 2 and and env. 6 update 2.... anyone know what could be the problem?
