creating netbeans-like toolbar
well, i've been googling around for a while, but just curious if any of you have
an idea in how to make netbeans-like toolbar ( or just got the link ).
if you don't use netbeans then the netbeans-like toolbar is similiar to, for example, ms office application toolbar.
when drag it doesn't float it self but moving around.
