In W2K AD:After first login of user he must set his own password how to do?

Hello,

how can i set the attribute (if its an attribte to be set...) with JNDI that the user is forced to enter a new password the next time he is logging into windows ?

I know or I still remember a bit there was a thread about that but i had no luck with the search... please help :-)
