prtdiag output and dynamic cpu reconfig

Hello all,

during dynamic cpu reconfiguration the output from prtdiag wrt the number of cpus didn't match the actual number of cpu threads assigned to the guest domain in question. The guest domain started with 6 cpu threads (prtdiag showed 6 cpus), two were added and the prtdiag output showed 8. All good. However then two cpu threads were removed from the guest domain but prtdiag still showed 8 cpus. The only way I could fix this was with a reboot. Anyone else seen this?

Running Sol10 11/6, T2000, OBP 6.4.6, LDOM vers 1.0

I think you haven't added the 124921-02 patch on the guest domain also.

This seems very like the following bug which is fixed in that patch:
