where can I buy sample SIM cards?

I have written a number of applets that I need to test on sample SIM cards. Where can I purchase sample cards? I have software development kits etc. Any 32k and above GSM SIM cards that can run very basic java applets will do. This is sort of urgent, so someone please help me out. Thanks.
