geniux: Warning: out of processes

I am running Solaris 10 on a Ultra-25. Suddenly the system advice me of this warning: "geniux: warning: out of processes" and some of my applicattions stop running and it is not possible to launch them again.

Also i can not get access to the Ultra-25 instead of being on a network. The erros that appears when i try a telnet or ssh are the following:

inetd[227]: Unable to fork inetd_start method of instance svc:/network/bootps/udp:default: Recurso no disponibe temporalmete.

sshd[349]: error: fork: Error 0.
