Upgrading 1.0.3 to 1.1.1

I am trying to update our install of UCE from 1.0.3 to 1.1.1.

I run the ezInstaller script with the -s flag (or without ... I've tried both ways)

The installer finds the license file, but when it attempts to install the SDS, it just sits at 0% at "Installing System Dependency Server... ".

I've let it sit for quite awhile but don't see any activity whatsoever.

This is on a SuSE Linux Enterprise 9.3 server.

Currently running UCE 1.0.3

4gb RAM

2 Dual Core Opterons

2TB of available disk space

I'm logged in as root when attempting the upgrade.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
