Form contents mixed between different pages

Hi,

I have an index page which includes different sub pages (menu and content) using the subview tag. It worked fine until now.

Now I included two pages with a form and a panelgrid inside to arrange the form elements.

The problem I have is when I select one of the pages using a commandLink and select the other page after the first was displayed, the second page contains form elements from the first page.

Both pages are included in the same subview.

It doesn't matter which page was selected first. The second page is always incorrect.
