6.1 SP2 restarting in Solaris 9

Hi,

I found the following message in the error log:

Restart functions not called since 1 sessions still active , What does this message mean? Also When does the server gets restarted like due to overload or ConnQueueSize any param dependency is there?

The issue I get as follows when ConnQueueSize 256, I get the error as Connection Queue Full and half and hour the NES restarts.Not able to figure out as what are the reasons behind restarting.Is there any configuration for that?

Looking forward for some help.

As far as I know, server never restart itself because there was a overload. In

overload situation, new connection become timeouts but there is not reason why

server should restart itself.

Server does get restarted automatically only if it has crashed. Did you

observe any crashes in log file?

BTW you should upgrade to latest 6.1 service pack. There are several security

vulnerablities which has been fixed after 6.1 SP2.
