you could and should start by doing your own research. The answers you seek are very easy to find on the relevant website (which is also easy to find, easy enough that anyone even considering the program should be able to find it without help) as well as in countless forum posts here and elsewhere which a little work with any decent search engine would turn up quickly.

If you can't be bothered to spend a few minutes of your time why should we?
