Unix experience

Hello all,

Please I need you guys to tell me where i can get solaris experience. I have been able to do self study for a while now. But I need to get experience to ground my knowledge with actual work. I need somewhere i could put into practice what i have learnt. I dont need to paid, I just want to watch, learn and be allowed to carry out some unix admin jobs. I thank you all
