Open a support case and simply ask.
If your organization has a Sun account manager, contact them directly.
If you have ANY support contracts, then someone at your end was involved
in negotiating it and deciding what was going to be covered and what was to be excluded.
Each contract has an associated line list of what they're charging you for.
That line list is what's used to get to the bottom line money total.
