The inode error message trigger the system reboot. Pls help

Hi all-

I ran into this issue yesterday and the inode could be a trigger to system restart (see below). The challenge is this error message is like a false alert. It should not trigger the system to restart.

What would be the fix to prevent the next system crash & reboot?

I also attach pca analysis for you. In case, anyone might know I miss patch bundles.

Those error messages indicate file system corruption.

So you need to fsck your filesystem.

Since its /, you'll need to do something like a net boot or boot of a CD to do it.

If you fix the corruption, it should prevent the reboots.

The question should not be "how can I stop corruption from causing a reboot"

but how do I fix the corruption...

Indeed, boot the client from cd or jumpstart image and fsck the root filesystem with

fsck -o f <path to root filesystem>

you should run it a couple of times or until you don't notice any more errors. If you get many different errors it might be time to consider a disk replacement.
