220R go or no-go

Hi There,

I am looking for an upgrade to my Linux-box as a server (PIII/500) and stumbled upon a 220R enterprise. I do have any experience, but not much, with Windows. What can I do with it and can I add a Wifi-card in order to attach wireless (laptop) to wired as I can with my server right now? Can I get ahead with standard Linux or do I need special optimised Sun-only OS?
