SGD 4.31 fails to install - works on ther machines

Here's the error I'm getting below - same package worked for upgrade, but this keeps hanging

Make sure that your /tmp has enough disk space available and also the right permission.If necessary, you can set the TMPDIR variable before running the pkgadd to change the /tmp directory. For example:TMPDIR=/var/tmp; export TMPDIRpkgadd -d ./tta-4.31-905.sol-x86.pkg

Thanks for the advice, but unfortunately this didn't work . This is a fresh install & patch upgrade from this am - actually after the patch upgrade I've noticed some other things not working. I went home & remembered what I forgot to do - hehe it's been a long week :)
