iCarnegie courses, are they good?

I've been thinking of taking courses from the iCarnegie curriculum, but i wonder if i'm wasting my time by taking them or if they are really worth taking.

I'm in need of some advice since most courses always tell you what you want to hear so you sign up, so i'm considering outer opinions more valuable than the iCarnegie ones.

Any help from someone with experience on iCarnegie courses is highly appreciated!
