How to transfer data using DragandDrop with HttpUrlConnection?

I don't understand why it keeps reward them when there shouldn't be any. There's supposed to be a cap of 10.

That might be the case.I was trying to get one which posted a new topic with 10 assigned dukes, but I realized I didn't have the topicID to do so :P
