Full Screen Exclusive Mode

Hi, im working on this application in which I implemented the Full Screen Exclusive Mode. The problem is that when I first load the application, it appears as an undecorated, unresizable frame of the ORIGINAL SIZE. Only when I return to the application using Tab+ALT does it reenter in the Full Screen Mode. How can I code the application to start in the Full Screen Mode on the first load?
