Root Privileges

Hi,I have a question here, I have installed messaging using root to install, which means now stop and start messaging service requires root as well. My customer require me to assign this rights to a non-root user, do you know how to achieve that? Sorry, I am a newbie. Thanks

Hi,Use a sudo matrix - that is the standard means of granting non-root users access to root-required applications. I suggest researching sudo via google.Regards,Shane.
