Can't Add Mail User

Hi All,

I am trying to add a new mail user using the commadmin command, but with the same username as a previously deleted user. I get the following message:

FAIL

Conflicts with deleted user. ^329^NONE

I think this is a normal response. But is there a way to override it?

Hi,

Although you may have marked the user 'deleted' they are not actually removed until the accounts are purged. The following guide provides step-by-step on how to purge deleted users.

Once the user has been completely purged, you can then recreate another user with the same username.
