Uphill struggle

I'm currently working in a .NET shop (I know, I know...) and every so often,I try to convince the powers to try a small project in Java, but no dice.So I thought I faced a monumental up-hill struggle. But not like

Clearly once this show is a hit, you're next career will be opening a chain of British restaurants in Delhi, Bangalore, etc...Best start thinking of some good names... maybe: Chippy's or The Shrubbery

I like "Pukka Sahib's" but the name isn't so important as the decor.

The thing that gets me about the BBC article is that it mentions the cookery show is a 40-part series. The mind boggles. That's enough to do the Mahabharata.
