Application that auto update it self

Hi!

I've create app that check if there is a newer version of it and display message if there is. I would like to do:

1) App check if there is a newer version

2) App download newer version

3) Never version is installed automatic

4) No user effort needed

I need such solution for Linux and Win#$%%dows
