Market Streaming applets

Hi,

I am not sure i have to post this question in this forum. But i wanted to create a Market Streaming applet, like http://kuwaitse.com/PORTAL/ksed/mwatchep.html or

http://portal.adsm.ae/StreamerWeb/bstreamer.jsp?loc=en&userLogged=0

Which technology is used here? Can i get any tutorials for developing this appplets? Or any other ways for this?
