ktoollbar/emulator hangs on linux

Hello,

I just have downloaded and installed the Sun Java Wireless Toolkit (WTK2.5.1) on my gentoo linux box and it was no problem at all.

As outlined in the installation instructions I have installed JDK 1.5.0 and all the libraries needed.

Opening and compiling a simple demo application is no problem.

But whenever I try to run the emulator the default color-phone shows up but then it hangs for ever.

I tried to debug the application with strace and it seems as if it got stuck in poll() calls!?

Is there anyone here that could help me?
