Capture Photohang / stuck

Hi,

I tried this example or source code from this url

it works in my emulator ...which is Sony Ericson K700i

then I try it directly into my real mobile phone which is also K700i

I can capture a picture....but then after that it hangs...Stuck...

I can not go anywhere...eventhough I tried to turn my mobile phone off...It still stuck

and I have to take off the battery

Is there anyone know why does it occur?
