Remove Permission Prompts

Is there any way to remove permissions prompts (eg. File Read, File Write)? We are currently developing applications on PDAs and smartphones with Palm and Windows Mobile. We have found a workaround for the Palm permissions but have not been able to determine if there is any way to avoid permission prompts for a Windows Mobile midlet.
