Problem at start

Hello.

I was wondering if you could help me with this issue.

I just installed JES5, as I'm using it to evaluate some of its products.

The thing is, I need to use the DSCC, and I know it's only accesible thru Web Console, but I can't find the default user and password required to enter, and don't recall being asked to type some password to Web Console. I guess it would be the same in a default installation, so i'd like to know in which configuration file can I find them

For reference, I'm using Windows XP, I installed the software from the JES5 installer, and made it configure automatically.

I know it's a very basic question, but I'm stuck in here.

Thanks in advance for your help.

On Windows XP, when accessing the Web Console for the first time, you should log as a Local Administrator.

The Admin password is queried for the first time the DSCC is accessed. It is then stored in the private instance of Directory Server encrypted.

If you do not remember the password, there is little you can do. Except removing this private instance and recreate it. THis can be done with dsccsetup tool (ads-remove, ads-create)
