How to set "User cannot change password" on W2K accounts.

Hi gurus,

I need to set (from create user form) "User cannot change password" on W2K accounts.

I was expected that some value ofuserAccountControl attribute on AD could do the job, but I realized that it is not so (look also to http://forum.java.sun.com/thread.jspa?threadID=593193&messageID=3108889).
