Email escalation

Hi,

I am new to SUN IDM. I have a requirement to create a workflow such that whaen the workflow starts an email notification should be sent to the manager. If he doesn't respond then again he must be notified after one day otherwise he must be shown a form named username.

Please help providing me exact staeps to be followed.

Please check out the Workflows and Views pdf that is included in the documentation. That should be a great starting step.Or the samples folder has some demo workflows. If you need lots of basic help I would look into taking the training course that Sun offers. AND as always search the forums, as I'm sure there are plenty of other people who are in your same shoes.
