unable to see email nofication

I am running a create user workflow and has email notifications to requestor,approver and manager.

The email seems to be sent to 3 of them above(confirms from fromaddress-admin account) as there are no undeliverable mails.

When I check the above 3 user's accounts and I dont see any notification in their outlook box.

Am I missing anything here?

Have you configured the SMTP host correctly in IDM.

Yes.We had test email account which recieved the emails.But, when I dynamically derieved the toAddress in the workflow, I could not see the email notifications.
