Unresolved rule in rule library

Hi,

We are using terminate user process with a set of rules written in a library.There are a set of manual tasks in this workflow which are called as a part of another subprocess. The problem here is that the terminate user process is hanging and the error is "Unresolved rule in rule library". Don't seem to understand this because, this rule library is not specified anywhere in the terminate user process or it's subprocesses and neither is the rule for which it is throwing error.

Did anyone face this kind of issue before?

Any help would be appreciated.
