Directory Server is able to open as many connections as possible file descriptors opened...But in general is controled by the nsslapd-maxconnections parameter under cn=Config.The default is 65K on Solaris (or _SC_OPEN_MAX as configured in ludovicpa at 2007-7-12 18:20:28 >
