Remedy Passwords
Hi,
I'm trying to create user accounts in the Remedy's User schema, I need to manage passwords and I follow the steps mentioned in the Remedy resource reference, I'm using Idm7
1.-Select the Supports Passwords resource parameter.
2.-Add an account attribute in the schema map in which the Identity system
user attribute name is password and the attribute type is encrypted. The
resource user attribute must be a Remedy field ID that holds the user
password.
the users are created in Lighthouse and Remedy but I can't login into Remedy due to an autentication error
ARERR [623] Authentication failed.
user: identity6, server: 10.200.10.153
also trying to use "change password" I get the following errors:
ARSetEntry::124 Cannot open catalog; Message number = 124
ARSetEntry::110 Cannot open catalog; Message number = 110
Help me please, what is wrong?
