How to setup environment of JFreeReport

Hi Dear Friends,

I am very new in JFreeReport. I do not know how to use JFreeReport.

And even, I do not know what type of files I have to download for using JFreeReport and how can I setup the environment to use JFreeReport in my java application.

If there is any kind-hearted friend in this forum, please help me to work with JFreeReport from the very begining.
