I must to change Secure Channel Protocol version(from SCP 02 to SCP 01)But, I don't know. ばばwhat I can do now?Plz~~Help me!!

From the GlobaPlatform commands it seems to me that there is no way to change the used protocol.
So, your only chance is that the used protocol can be configured with a proprietary command. Therefore, read your card manual, ask your card vendor or ask the card manufacturer, if this can be done.
