generate-jvm-report and SJSAS PE 8.2 on Windows

I've got the dubious honour of trying to debug on 8.2 Platform Edition on Windows 2003 R2.There doesn't appear to be a generate-jvm-report command within asadmin - it's not documented with 'help' but the product documentation does mention the command.I know I can run the server from within a command prompt and send ctrl-breaks, but I'd really like the option to attach to an already-running server and generate a thread dump.
