3. What is the largest possible negative

(B) Find the 16-bit 2's complementary binary

representation for the decimal number 1987.

(C) Find the 16-bit 2's complementary binary

representation for the decimal number -1987.

4) Why have you chosen for this study if you seem to be lazy (or dumb?) to find out the answers yourself? Think twice about your study decisions .. Maybe you better have to choose a management study instead of a programmer study and become a manager.
