Unable to start webserver after portal installation

hi,

I have installed portal server 7 on my Sun web server.The portal server was installed with Configure later option. Before installing the portal server I tested the installed webserver it was running fine. But after I installed the portal server on it.It is faling to start.It is giving the following error: -

Sun ONE Web Server 6.1SP5 B06/23/2005 17:36

info: CORE3016: daemon is running as super-user

catastrophe: CORE3260: Server crash detected (signal SIGSEGV)

info: CORE3261: Crash occurred in NSAPI SAF load-modules

Please help me in removing this error. I am using Solaris 10 and portal server is installed on a zone and access manager on other zone.

if you have a sun support contract , you could shoot a mail to them as they can help you more appropriately.

still, I would take a stab at it -

1) what does the last few lines of the server's error logs say - https-<hostname.domainname>/logs/errors -> this will provide more insight as to why the server crashed

2) if you have dbx (u can get it for free from Studio 11) or mdb , you can give us the stack trace from coredump.
