Please help.
Hi,
I'm facing a problem with report manager. I've installed PRM in the other agent hosts and also successfully added the host in the console.
The problem i'm facing now, from Tools -> Report Manager -> Data Availability -> Inactive Host, which i can see my system listed here. With this each time when try to generate report for this host i get an alert of No Data Found.
How can my my hosts active?
Can anyone please help.

If your Agent doesn't show up in PRM's Data -> Data Availability tab with a recent timestamp, graphing isn't going to work.
1) Can your SunMC Server resolve your Agent by hostname (i.e not just it's IP address)? If not, fix DNS or alter /etc/hosts, restart your Server, then delete your old Agent icon and make a new one. SunMC only tries to collect data every hour on the hour, so may need to wait a bit to see if you start seeing your Agent in that Data Availability window.
2) Do you have the latest SunMC patches applied (123923) and PRM (125194)?
