C4 & Netbackup 6

I, too, have the same problem. At first, I thought it was my backup software (Networker) not seeing the correct number of slots on the jukebox (should be 38, and I'm getting 2)

However, when I go to the C4 box itself, and go to Setup Library and choose the number of slots to make available, I have three choices, either 0, 1, or 2. However, when I go to the C4's status screen (i's many screen?), it tells me that I have 38 slots. But, the C4 only lets me "use" a total of 2 of them. I don't know why, and cannot find any docs that refer to a setting that would allow me to make more available. It just looks like it's with the C4 itself and not with backup software. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
