if you have a core file generated from the dbx, please post stack trace here, it might help to find out what caused this and I might be able to identify whether it is a known problem (and patch id) or it still needs to be fixed.

i'm going to upgrade to the new version 12 today - this was suggested in the other recent internal dbx error i got. hopefully this also hits the checkbox for the "check latest patches" comment. if i still get the error - i'll try to post the core file trace as suggested. thanks for giving me a nudge forward.
