V440 How to create HARDWARE RAID1

How can I install HARDWARE RAID 1 (mirroring) in Sun Fire V440.

I have set many times HARDWARE RAID on x86 machines but never before on SPARC.

How should I set this ?

What I think is to install system then execute:

raidctl -c c0t0d0 c0t1d0

Will this create MIRROR ? Is this correct way or should it be done some how other way ? What are regular steps to create HARDWARE RAID 1 on SPARC?

What more should I expect before installing new V440 (Solaris 10.0.2)?
