OK prompt/ jumpstart question

First let me say I'm just a simple data center tech please use small words and short sentences...

I am doing a jumpstart on a V480. Should not be a big deal, on my end I just have to get a MAC address and fill in a few blanks on a web page. The issue is I can't get this server to an OK so I can do a break and banner. I have tried all the tricks I know, not a lot mind you.. even took out the drives thinking if anything will make it go to an OK then that should. But allas no it shows me no love.

Anyone out there have an idea or two?
