Solarisx 86 x64 AMD differences

Is there a definitive guide to the various Solaris 10 x86 releases? I've searched and read a lot but I'm getting more confused. Is there a difference between Solaris AMD and Solaris x86? If a product will run on x86 will it run on x64?
