boot up problem on V440

Hello all:

I pluged out all of the V440 harddisk, and repluged in,when i boot up ,i found an error msg "vxdg root initialization failure, error with bootdg", Then we tried to restart it and received another information

"ERROR: LSI1030: timeout waiting for interrupt status.

ERROR: LSI1030 MPT Firmware, receive-message: issue-port-enable failed"

Does anybody know this? Thanks a lot
