The cluster will reconfigure

Tow node sun cluster system, reboot one node, look into /var/adm/messages on the other node, found:

400592 UNIX DLM is asking for a reconfiguration to recover from a communication error. This message is acceptable during a reconfiguration already in progress.

Is it the normal behavior of sun cluster?

And I use Oracle RAC on this system, and found that during the rebooting of the primary node, the database will be unavailable for a period. Is it caused by the reconfiguration of sun cluster? Because I found some message like "Adapter copper link is down, Adapter 1000Mbps full duplex copper link is up"

This is normal. You need to have a stable cluster membership before allowing Oracle RAC to continue processing. If you don't block, there is the risk that you start recovering the database before all non-cluster members have been ejected or fenced off.

The link down is because your other cluster node has been rebooted.
