ZFS on Jumpstart server for Solaris 9

I recently upgraded my Solaris 10 Jumpstart server (JET) to ZFS filesystems for the media directories. When adding the OS images (add_install_server) from the installation disks (ISO - latest) only Solaris 10 seems to work. The Solaris 9 version fails as it doesn't recognise ZFS filesystems. Unfortunately we still need to have images for Solaris 9 servers so I've reverted to UFS. Is this a complicated issue or does anyone know a way round it? Maybe Sun could change the version of 'add_install_server' that comes with the Solaris 9 distro to recognise ZFS?

It's probably just a minor check to see if you've got enough disk space that is failing. The rest of it is just a copy.

You could just use cpio to copy the contents of the CD by hand into the directory that you want.

It's a bit more complex, but should work.
