The Java Runtime Environment

When I need to use java I get several error messages as:The java runtime environment cannot be loaded.And Java(TM) Plug-in Fatal error. Several java virtual machines running in the same process caused an Error. I have no idea what to do.

check whether you have quicktime installed on your pc.

if so, remove QTtime.zip or something like that from your "path" environment variable.

take a look at your JDK_INSTALL_DIR/jre/lib/ext/. If you find the QTtime.zip there, so remove it.

I got my problem fixed, no error messages any more. I have no idea why, or I did a number of different things following advises from these pages. Thank you.
