Problem With SSH on solaris 9.0

Hi

I am facing problem in ssh

Normaly in solaris 9 byfesult ssh wouild be there you need to just start the script.

but in one of my solaris 9 server i am not able to see and ssh entry

i tried to access sshd_config it is not available

Requesting you guys to help me on the same I tried downloading open ssh from sunfreeware i ran all the script file also but when i start the script file it is throughing given below error.

ld.so.1: /usr/local/bin/ssh-keygen: fatal: libcrypto.so.0.9.8: open failed: No such file or directory

Please help i want to enable ssh on solaris 9
