Building Portal 7.2

I was reading a weblog by GregZ about building Portal 7.2.

The instructions say to pull from svn using the following command:

svn checkout https://portal.dev.java.net/svn/portal/trunk/portal portal --username you

Does anyone know if you can pull from SVN as anonymous? If not, then does anyone have a URL where I can create an SVN account for OpenPortal?
